Life of a salary person starts before they come to this world.Yes this is true, if You don’t agree then let me take you to flashback.
So the story starts from the day when your parents gets married. If you are from India then you will relate this in a better way that how the newly married couple is pressurized to plan for their kids.
So now the second chapter of the story comes where your parents start planing for kid(in this case it’s you the salary person). They will first think of what profession you will choose and what degree you should get and yes for sure based on gender🤪
So from that day the journey of a SALARY PERSON starts. You will be forced to a race which you don’t know or which you don’t want to be part of. But you know what 🤔 it’s not your right to decide.
Sometime it might happen that still you are taking your last breath in your previous life and yet to take birth and come to this new world but before you come to this world things are ready for you. Your parents have decided the courses which you will take and what will you become 25-28yrs down the line.
So what you do you take birth and then you decided to study hard may be 10hrs a day to clear the entry exam of MBBS/BTech/MBA and many other courses😔
So from starting you have been trained to work harder. Your parents your teacher they all teach you how to become a great follower but not to become leader,they will teach you not to take risk because they loves you and will not be able to see you in trouble, they will always tell you what job to take but will never tell you what business to take up.
Throughout your academy you will be trained in such a way that you will become hard worker but not the smart worker.
You will be compared with neighbors kids and you will be asked to do what they are doing. Your parents will never say ok fine everybody Is doing BTech so you do different but instead of this your parents will say you that every body is taking BTech so you also take the same.
So in short you have been trained to take up a job and be safe and not to take risk to start something by yourself.
So at the end what you do??? You end up taking a job may be the one which you didn’t like but you took this to support your family or to earn bread and butter for yourself and yes to prove your neighbors and to your relative that you are worthy because you are working in top MNC.
So we can conclude that it’s our society who force us intentionally or unintentionally to take up a job and to work for someone. Though I must say that India is changing very rapidly and the parents of new era are very smart and they have seen this new world of 9-6 and they understand both the sides of the coin and they let their kid decide what they want to become.
This is also one of the reason why we are getting lots of young entrepreneurs in our country.
